Ingredients for 4 persons:
12 slices of bacon Carneiro e Salguerinho, Ltd.
6 eggs
8 slices of bread
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt and pepper
How to make:
Brown the slices of bacon in a skillet.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place the butter in a skillet and bring to melt completely. Put the mixture into the skillet and cook slowly stirring regularly so that the eggs are on point.
Serve the eggs and bacon hot, with slices of toasted bread
